I LOVE MY WINDSOR! Honestly can’t say anythign bad about this mattress. I sleep on my face and my previous mattress was too firm, I would constantly wake up looking swollen. Someon on reddit told me to try a more plush mattress and I went with the Windsor because is saw it in a local store when buying furniture.
It’s very plush and I love that. My body feels like it’s gently floating on it but at the same time I don’t “sink” in. Defintiely recommend if you’re looking for a plush mattress.

I’ve always been a side sleeper with terrible hip pain from my old saggy mattress. The folks on phone were so patient explaining Maxim’s OrthopedicCoils+ which they said had the right balance of firmness and supporting for me. I was nervous about buying without testing first Now after a month my hips don’t ache as much when I wake up. The delivery team called twice to confirm timing; really professional touch compared to other places that just drop stuff off.
Husband applied for the military discount, they approved immediately and also sent us a goodie bag. Good to know there are still companies that really look out for their customers.
